To My Unborn Son

Hello son, you’re just like your sister. Visiting me in my dreams.

But you’re upset because you’re sick of waiting.

Same as before I’m sorry for I’m trying my best.

Nice isn’t in style, but I’m not here to repeat myself.

Please sit as I want you to hear something important.

I love you more than life itself.

I’ll soar to the sun if I must just to bring you to this world.

I’ll make a deal with the devil, so you can draw your first breath.

I’ll teach you how to be a better man than I ever can be.

You’ll learn to love just like your sister and not show hate like your father.

You’ll learn wrong from right and I’ll never confuse you about it.

I’ll introduce you to a world that is highly diverse and filled with hatred.

With many different views and give you the freedom to choose.

But you look at me as I deliver a false promise.

Well, I’m not. I’m trying son, I just ask for more time.

But when you and your sister get here. Just know you’ll have a loving family waiting on you.

And I’m not talking about blood, but outside of it.

I love you and can’t wait for the day for you to come.

Just know this life won’t be easy, but I’m here to help you on your journey.

Harry needed Dumbledore.

Fordo had his fellowship.

But you will have your dad watching your back.

I fear that we’ll never meet. But I beg you two give me more time.

Let me find you a mother that’ll be just as loving as me or more.

I know you don’t want me to give up, but you’re tired of waiting.
